Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Damaged Items

Conditions for Return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds are issued for items with signs of use, missing parts, or returned after 30 days.

Refund Process:
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email info@cynopengineering.com.

Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially for high-value items.
